The Charter of Diversity is an initiative that promotes diversity and appreciation in the workplace. It was launched in 2006. The aim of the Charter is to create a work environment that is free from prejudice and where all staff members, regardless of age, ethnic origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation or disability, experience appreciation.
